Some serious facts about Great Harvest breads

Our signature bread is Honey Whole Wheat.  Made from the whole wheat kernel,
Which is ground fresh in our bakery daily, our wheat bread contains just five ingredients:
Water, yeast, whole grain flour, salt, and a little honey.  No fats, no preservatives.

None of our breads or sweets contain preservatives.  Many have no fats, or are low in fat.
All of our baked products are trans-fat free.

Because many of our breads are made from whole grain, which includes the
“bran”, they are higher in fiber than other breads,
as well as containing more vitamins and nutrients.

Government guidelines for good nutrition indicate that a full 50% of your grain choices
should be whole grain. Great Harvest breads help you meet that goal with great taste!

Many people with special dietary needs, including those suffering from diabetes and heart related issues,
find our breads a beneficial part of their diet. Whole grains also satisfy hunger,
so “dieters” can enjoy many of our breads, too!

We will happily provide more specific nutrition facts about any of our breads.

Nine Grain Ever wonder what the nine grains are? We take fresh ground, high protein, whole wheat flour, barley, hulled buckwheat, corn, flax seed, millet, rolled oats, red wheat, rye, and white wheat and wrap them together into a loaf that’ll keep you as regular as the sunrise. Technically, this loaf actually contains ten healthy grains, but who’s counting? We’re bakers, not bean counters.
